My question is, at 57 ranged and hoping to climb

I'm about for another chaotic and I was contemplating which would be runescape gold more useful first. So far, I'm torn which one to use: chaotic staff or the chaotic maul. I already have a long sword and rapier and I'm fine using the ee offhand for that. I own SOL as well as a wand of treachary/grifolic orb. I also have BGS. BGS.

The reason I needed to purchase a cmaul was to have two hours of t80 and as a result, I'd like to have a crush weapon for certain task like slaying. The reason I'm interested in a staff is because right now I'm mainly using the wand/orb. I'm not sure if this is quicker than SOL but I've never tested it. Do you think a Chaotic Staff would be quicker than the wand/orb combo and the SOL?

At the moment, I'm just killing and slaying, however I'd like for me to get back in the boss mode soon but I'll need chaotics until I've got drygores. Ive been maging bandos with orb and wand using the blood barrage dual cast and having no issues. What would a cstaff do to be more efficient? And what could a cmaul be effective in controlling? I'm hoping eventually to make it to Nex, but I don't know what's suitable for it now.

Hello all, been off RuneScape for a few years since then, but decided to go to the game about a month today. Since that time, I've been looking and am looking forward to developing my range. In all honesty I've likely been in the wrong way as I'm not sure what might have changed there since the EoC because I was not present for it! Haha.

My question is, at 57 ranged and hoping to climb to 70 or more What would you recommend in terms of equipment to train with and what to work on? I've nearly 1m of money in my bank (the drastic fall of Abyssal Whip has done me no favours!) and if I decided to sell my current range of gear, I'd have probably 1.2m.

I'm currently training with pyrefiends, and am using the equipment: Archer Helm/Helm of Neitiznot, blue body of d'hide, blue D'hide chaps, blue d'hide vambraces, Ava's Accumulator amulet of Glory, magic shortbow and mithril arrows. Also probably worth noting as I have above that my ranged is currently at 57 (not distant from the number 58) and my defence score is 64. Any advice on what equipment to put on, what weapons to choose and what to work on highly appreciated!
