It has happened to of us at factor or another: we used to do so well with our weight loss diet or exercise plan. Then suddenly we fell off the horse and decided that if we had already gone this far we might as well give up entirely.
I drink coffee with sugar and it don't cause me to feel crave fattening foods or pig out of. It also doesn't stop me from working out. I get plenty of fluids though. I've been able to lose weight and probably would lose more if I quit drinking cofee…
