You know what I hate? Sales pages that promise some kind of miracle in exchange for your credit card. Like a secret pill that will suddenly make you skinny.



That’s not the One and Done Workout. The owner is totally transparent about what the workout entails, and how it activates your body’s metabolic multipliers. She explains how only seven minutes of exercise a day can achieve impressive results.

What's the One and Done Workout?

The One and Done Workout is based on a kind of high-intensity workout I had never heard of before. It’s called S.I.T., or Sprint Interval Training.



You put in only 20 seconds of your best effort and take two minutes of active recovery, repeated three times.


Multiple studies show that short, high-intensity workouts boost metabolism and burn fat more effectively than cardio.

I hate treadmills so this suited me perfectly. If there are any moms out there, let me tell you this is a perfect way to get your daily exercise in. Anyone who recommends an hour at the gym every day doesn’t have toddlers!

The workout series only takes fourteen days to complete, and then you can repeat the whole thing. It has become a great part of my morning ritual.

Plus, 
I can still eat my favorite foods.

Who’s Behind the Workout?

The One and Done Workout is designed by Meredith Shirk. She has been a personal trainer for twelve years and explains how most trainers are only equipped to help the average person.

She uses her very first client of this series as an example. Lisa testifies to having lost an amazing 14 pounds in ten days.



She’s now lost 30% of her body fat. Her before and after photos are unbelievable.

What’s in the One and Done Workout?

Inside the member’s portal is a full manual. Along with written workouts, there's a monthly fitness calendar for beginner, intermediate, and advanced fitness levels.

There are also videos for every workout - it just depends if you prefer reading or videos.

Meredith also provides videos on how to adjust each movement in case you have injuries, hormone imbalances, heart problems, or a low fitness level. 
It really can work for everyone.



She built the workout so that in the beginning, you only do as much as you can.



Meredith is big on safety. A lot of popular workouts like Spin or CrossFit often do a lot more harm to your body than good. 
The One and Done Workout. is safe but just as effective.

There's also a progress tracker which helped to keep me diligent. I’m so glad that I was!

The calendar and tracker made it so easy when I was starting out, making what to do a no-brainer. Each day has a corresponding video. And all of them are under ten minutes with the optional warm-up and cool down, which I recommend doing!

The high-intensity part is only one minute out of all of it.

The time flew by. Even though I definitely felt it, it just didn’t seem long enough.

But the mirror proved me wrong.  

Plus, everything is downloadable, so I can do it while traveling! All I need for the workouts is a mat or towel and a phone to time myself. And water of
course!

They’re awesome additions to the program because I’ve noticed that when I’m working out every day, I want to eat healthier foods. But I didn’t really know where to start.



These were a great aid. Especially right after the workouts in the morning! My favorite is the 60-second slimming smoothie!
