The body doesn't work like math it doesn't work like algebra it works like biology then using algebraic models to understand the biological organism makes about as much sense as intellux thinking that the earth is flat so anyway that might my personal note and its I want to mention that because I'm notional get to tactical on what I want you to do today the book covers that in detail what I want to give you are the seeds but I believe once you plant them in your mind how you look at eating and exercise will be forever different because that's the impact it had on mean I believe that's why the book has been successful because will cause you to question these things that have been shoved it down our throats as gospel for forty years which literally have no basis in science.
