Optional: Get DT done to prepare for OSRS GP Ice burst unless you have 55 slayers in which in which case I'm guessing that you can use magic dart. If you do that though you'll want a canifis portal in your home that will require completion of DT (or it will take longer to get there however, what the heck). It's not necessary to complete DT to complete it, but it's an exciting quest and you'll be looking to get to finish it in the near future, so having it completed now would be beneficial. If you don't require 70 att., def., str., range and mage could be extremely helpful. Magic dart can be a useful alternative...

Really, I'm talking about: the melee levels? You really, really absolutely don't require them. Barrows runs are perfectly fine without the need for them. I'm sure that 70 defence could be helpful however, if you're using the magic of ice, you do not have to melee. Not at all. Karil is broken by magic and ahrim is not a lot slower to move.

Although I'm not a fan of more than one run at each time, but this is due to the fact that I'm not able get out of the maze. (This happened before I got some similar levels to those you mention). I'm certain I can do 2 or 3 miles at a time.

70 defense is highly effective with the blitz-to-sally technique, which is among the best methods(if you don't have access to turm/chaotics, etc.). Strength and attack speed increases ahrim, however is not necessary and 70 mage is a minimum, 80 is better.

This is my current setup: Sacred Claim Helm, Granite body, Dragon Platelegs, Amulet of Glory and Ring of wealth, Obsidian cape, Dragon longsword, obsidian sheild/Mithril defender. I am in the process of buying 1 mil left to upgrade my armor/wep. Notice: I'm in need of the exp , so I won't be changing the helmet. I haven't yet completed the freminik quests. I'm planning to switch the black boots to dragon ones after I earn a few extra 100ks. Haven't done monkey madness. I'm trying to cheap OSRS gold find dragon defense, btw...
