Students will be able to work as Medical Record and Health Information Technician, Health Information Clerks, Medical Records Clerks and Medical Records Technicians. In this course they will be able to obtain basic and functional skill training on how to compile, process and maintain medical records of hospital and clinical patients in a manner consistent with medical, administrative, ethical, legal and regulatory requirements of the health care system.
