In my opinion, Spoken English in paschim vihar this is the era of English Language and English is very power tool to communicate people globally. It is the first preference of everybody to communicate internationally. However it has same importance from so many years. Why it is so because day by day the importance of English is going to be increased and there are many reasons for this, further I would like to share few of them. Firstly in the present context everybody wants to earn hefty salary and wants to live luxury & lavish life for this people have to get rid of the hesitation and have to show the confidence for example if somebody does not speak English & obviously that person is going to face many hurdles in his personal and professional life. From top to bottom everything is in English these days, either you are working on Internet or sending the simple mails. Now I am sharing my views about perspective. Every Organization always hires best employee although it is important as well for the growth of any organization. For Example you are going for interview firstly it would be in English and secondly if somebody gets the job fortunately. You have to communicate with different people in English. Perhaps you get such job profile where you need to be communicating with the foreigners then obviously you are in big trouble because you cannot share even your views and cannot give information which is asked. Just think upon it. In such condition how he can share our grievance and joy if any he has. So obviously that person would be fired from the job. Even that person may have very vast knowledge about their field Somehow we can say that all has been gone to vain. Only due to lack of English communicate. On the other hand if someone has the good command over English he does not have any fear for such things then obviously he will get promoted by company every year. So that person can be more focused on his duty. Even during study without English there are many hurdles because every book we are reading it is in English except Hindi may be if any other. So we can assume that a person who does not understand English how he can deal with his study. It does not matter how hardworking and dedicate he is. However sometimes even parents cannot estimate the reason for the failure of their children. Even they know that their children are doing extreme hard work for success. So this would be the conclusion that if your are student or Job seeker you should have very good command over English. However I am happy that now people starts knowing that value of English and the prevalence of English is being reached at their pinnacle in our country.
