I honestly don't advise people to try and any type exercise frequently. Everything has wear and tear. Even walking. Because they came from walk 5-10 miles on the daily basis - whether it be an important part of how much they weigh loss routine or work related - will eventually feel the burn out and exhaustion from the routine.
