The power of habit is costs most of our weight loss goals, take it or leave it. We pick up these habits at birth. According to Food Fight, "Obesity is very difficult to treat, and almost people who slim down do not keep it off. The most optimist estimates are that 25 percent of (one in four) lose weight and keep in the loss, often requiring many tries". Advance in technology has made for food sufficiency at the same time; influence us to acquire food habits.
