The board is then connected to an aluminum sheet, and to whatever you are trying to power.  Because there was no discussion of how this thing worked, I did some research and found out it is based on a concept developed by N. Tesla.  So literally, I simply had to build the board, attach the capacitors, paint an aluminum sheet and connect it all together and I could have electricity.  So I started to look for capacitors.  The instructions didn't tell me how many of what size I needed to order.  The video didn't mention what size the capacitors were that were being soldered in place.  I counted over 400 capacitors with over 800 solder points.  There was a warning that if you connected any one of them wrong, it would ruin the board.  The circuit board they have you build doesn't have labels on it telling you the size nor orientation either.  Nor does it show positive or negative for connecting anything else.  The video also had a light board that this unit powered, and it looked like there was a transformer used. . .but nowhere did it mention it in the parts list not the on the video.  I then realized that this thing could be dangerous.  If this thing grabs stray electricity from the atmosphere, pushes the current through hundreds of capacitors and creates enough juice to brightly light four light bulbs, there is  the potential that someone could accidentally touch a connection and get one heck of a shock.  The output voltage isn't discussed anywhere so please beware if you do this project:  There may be enough voltage to kill you.  I mean. . . who knows, right?  None-the-less, I have a degree in electronics and would be willing to give it a try, but still needed just a bit more information, like how many capacitors to  buy of each.
