Player Owned Shops isn't a skill. The RS gold Owner of the store, store or buisness, can create different shops. If it is a larger firm, they are able to have a maximum of 5 stores. It can only have one type of item (I.E. Logs, Ores and bars, runes etc.). That is so POS won't compete with NPC owned shops. You may start off with a single store. Players may get to the shop using a POS portal (In same city's as POH's).

Then they could pick purchase 5, 1, 10, or All. As soon as they select that a note will soon appear in the chat display saying"Purchase petition sent to owner." This is only in case the owner does not want to sell all of his inventory and want's to save some of his inventory, since they are low on the merchandise. The proprietor will have the ability to set the prices (No more or less than GE prices). Prices can be adjusted according to fluxuating GE costs. Now onto the workers.

The clerks will those keeping the shop, fixing cracks in the ceiling, stocking materials and money. The workers will soon be outside on the front lines obtaining materials for the shop. Logs, Ore, Bars, Runes etc.. The operator will then buy the items from the workers, who are officially a part of their buisness. Accountants are the individuals who take money to the bank, calculate daily income and give revenue throughout certain periods in time. They are also the financial consultants to the Owners. The person who owns this buisness can shoot any employee at any moment. Merely to make it even more clear... The 3k trading limitation every 15 minutes DOES APPLY IN POS! Certian Skill Capes For Freeplayers. You might be woundering what I mean by this. I beileve that freeplayers should have acess to some of the 9 (or so) skillcapes held with any of those skill masters. Obtaining level 99 of any skill is, undoubtedly, and quite tedious task, however, free players also have a tough time (and in certian cases have it a bit harder than associates, because of some of the very best training approaches being members only).

Though it's extremely hard for freeplayers (and members for this matter), it can nevertheless be performed, and that I beileve some freeplayer who manages to perform so should be rewarded the same as anyyone. A few factors of why this may be a fantastic idea: It does not influence members (or anyone not interested in acheiving lvl.99 in anything) in any serious manner.

Its a minor update, making it easy for Jagex to complete (when this comes into effect, that is,) It offers a benefit for getting lvl99 at a skill to anybody, possibly making that person motivated to keep going. It allows the OSRS buy gold majority of the skillcapes members simply, making skill capes still be semi-member.
