 eate networks within forums. Allow the RS forums to have the flexibili
 ty of Facebook. It's easy to group. Jagex has created a lot of hidden 
 forums which have made the forums inflexible and polluted the forums.\
 nCreate a player council, and allow players to choose 12 members that 
 are able to approve changes. A small amount, perhaps just a few hundre
